Donna M. Schroeder
Donna utilizes her color marketing knowledge to manage a team of stylists though the conception and execution of design projects. Her expertise on the use of color and design trends makes her a sought after speaker and publications such as House Beautiful and Better Homes & Gardens seek her opinion. She is the Color Marketing & Design Manager for Dutch Boy and is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the Color Association of the United States (CAUS), and a chair-holding member on the Board of Directors for the Color Marketing Group (CMG).

Peggy Van Allen
Peggy has been working in the color and design field for 16 years. She designs and styles room interiors for Dutch Boy photo shoots. Her knowledge and expertise of color systems and features has motivated homeowners to choose designs and color that express their personality. Peggy has been quoted in publications like Metropolitan Home and Women’s Day about color and design trends. She is a chair-holding member on the Board of Directors for the Color Marketing Group and is also a member of the Color Association of the U.S.

Rachel Skafidas
As a member of both The Color Association of the United States (CAUS) and the Color Marketing Group (CMG), Rachel is a color enthusiast and design specialist. After studying interior design at Virginia Marti College of Art & Design, she gained experience working with local designers in Cleveland, Ohio on both residential and garden design projects.

April Gralik
April spends her days helping homeowners to select just the right color and products to complete their projects with ease. Her know-how in the use of color, product and application technique lends an expert hand to the do-it-yourself-er. She acts as an interior design advisor and specializes in unique wall finishes. April is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

David Rock
An expert in combining lighting, colors and textures, David’s eclectic style creates unique, distinctive spaces. From transforming an heirloom piece of furniture using modern finishes and textiles to faux effects, he relies on a truly different approach to delighting his clients. David’s experience includes everything from tabletop fixture design, creation and transformation to complete home redecorations. From themed rooms for children to master retreats for couples to great rooms for families, he finds unique ways to achieve results that meet his client’s goals.

Matt Royer
Matthew began his career at Sherwin-Williams in 2003 as a French-speaking color support representative. He is an avid color and design enthusiast. He likes to play with bold color, and integrate different styles and eras to create harmonious functional rooms. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts in History, as well as a certificate in Graphic Design. Matt is currently pursuing a degree in interior design and works as a free-lance designer with clients all over Northeast Ohio, Chicago, Denver, and San Diego.

Alison DeMichele
Alison started working with paint and color at Sherwin-Williams in 2005. In 2007 she obtained her interior design degree and became a Sherwin-Williams store designer. In this role she would travel to customers’ homes to consult with them on paint colors, wallpaper, fabrics, and carpet. Having a very strong color sense, Alison loves to be daring and play with bold color schemes and textures. In 2008 she joined the Sherwin-Williams Color Support department, and since then has been helping customers with paint color formulas and design advice to make their rooms aesthetically pleasing.
