After several years of back issues/mattress issues, I decided to try out the local company, Mattress Mill. I was a little hesitant at first, due to their mattresses being a little more expensive than the last several ones I had tried. Very glad I did pull the trigger on one though, they have given me amazing customer service, and even after various firmness swaps, they helped me find a different product of theirs that might fit my need a little better. Years later I’m writing this, as they currently have been awesome in checking if some more recent issues in my sleep could be due to the mattress. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanest of your store . I didn't know what to expect from the sales staff whether I was going to get a high pressure sales person .Katie was totally surprising ,she was awesome . We told her what we were looking for and she explained your different beds and how they were built and the prices for each set . She went through each series of beds she thought we might be interested in and let us try each one , NEVER once with any pressure . She made it a very enjoyable experience for us . I especially appreciated the whole team’s ability to work with me when I found out I was going to have foot surgery and hoped to get the mattress delivered earlier. Lane and his team came through. I’m convinced that having the adjustable base has contributed to my good recovery so far. I do love the zero gravity option! The mattress is working great as well. No more shoulder pain for me and my husband is sleeping even better.

It also gives me great peace of mind to know that in a year, if I feel I might need a firmer feel, with your mattress I actually have options. We found the Mattress Mill in 2007. Our first King size bed was purchased and has been enjoyed up until this year, 2020. Thinking we needed a new bed, we started shopping around. Wow, how expensive they have become, big companies cutting out the small guys and difficult to find clean products! So we thought, let’s find out if we can still replace our beds’ internal parts? After speaking with Katie who was immensely helpful, she was able to put our old/new bed all together saving us from buying a brand new bed, huge savings!

What an amazing product to have access to! With Katie’s help, she saved on shipping costs, called us to update every step of the way and listened to our questions. We don’t live in MT anymore, no problem they helped us just the same.

Looks like we’ll be enjoying this bed for a while longer! We HIGHLY recommend Mattress Mill!

We had looked at Mattress Mill before, but decided to try a less expensive mattress at another local store. What a waste of our money! We had the other mattress for about two years and it was seriously breaking down. When we went back to the Mattress Mill, we met Stacey and he talked to us about what type of mattress we currently had - and what problems we were having with it. Based upon that discussion, and us looking at and trying a couple of the mattresses in his store - we purchased one of the air mattresses he recommended to assist us with the personal aches and pains we were experiencing with the mattress we had at that time.

We absolutely love sleeping on our Mattress Mill bed and have made the slow air pressure adjustments that Stacey recommended - and both of us sleep a fully comfortable sleep every night. We highly recommend the personnel and products at the Mattress Mill.
