When Expertise is the Missing Piece
The view from the C suite is broadening beyond execution to focus on strategy and even the corporate culture. At the same time, market shifts and changing customer expectations mean that executives need to be prepared for almost anything and everything. As might be expected, business technology is adapting to this new environment by becoming more flexible, scalable, and responsive to the shifting needs of internal stakeholders and customers.
Yet implementing these technology changes can be a challenge, especially when faced with dated legacy equipment, limited opex and capex resources, rapidly evolving consumer requirements, and the accelerated time-to-market brought on by disruptive market forces.
In short, executives need help. And that’s exactly where we fit.
Rolta AdvizeX employees some of the best and brightest technologists in the world. It’s not hyperbole, it’s our strategy. The smarter we are, the more we can help our customers adapt to new market requirements and leverage new technology to achieve their business goals. By investing in experienced and highly certified individuals, we can provide our customers with a depth and breadth of skills that can’t be easily duplicated.
I’m a good example of what makes Rolta AdvizeX unique.
I worked in IT for the healthcare and banking industries before joining the team. I carry a long list of certifications from partners like VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, and Cisco. I’m one of a select group of VMware Certified Design Experts in the world. And yet, you’ll find dozens of people like me with similar credentials working at Rolta AdvizeX.
While I’m not your typical engineer, we don’t have many “typical” days at Rolta AdvizeX. One day, I may be helping a hospital improve their efficiency and productivity by deploying a virtual desktop infrastructure that gives physicians a seamless user experience on any mobile device. Another day, I may be helping a bank virtualize their data center to drastically cut down on their power consumption.
I see business problems as a puzzle, and myself as the missing piece in that puzzle. If the customer doesn’t have a virtualization expert on staff, my job is to provide that expertise so they can solve the problem in the best possible way.
For someone who enjoys learning new things and working on new projects, Rolta AdvizeX has been a great fit—both for me and our customers. ▪
