Last month, AdvizeX joined some exclusive company when it was named to CIO Review’s 100 Most Promising Microsoft Solution Providers.
The Microsoft partner program is a robust space with thousands of participating solution providers, so being in the top 100 is a significant achievement. What makes this even more significant for us is the fact that growing out our Microsoft solution capabilities has been a key strategic initiative in recent years, so this recognition validates the hard work that John Brier, our CTO, our Microsoft practice and many others here at AdvizeX have done.
Although AdvizeX is a large company with nationwide offices and the global support of our parent company Rolta, we still believe that vendor relationships need to be intimate to be effective. For that reason, we focus a lot of our energy and attention on being the best partners possible for a select group of technology leaders such as Microsoft, EMC, HP, VMware and Oracle.
These technologies generally have a higher level of importance in the data center; that is, applications and services tend to revolve around them. From our perspective, being a top-tier partner to the underlying technologies in our customers’ IT environments ensures that we build solutions that are fundamentally sound.
AdvizeX has directed our energies and efforts to what our customers believe are the “big” technology challenges that enterprises will face over the next few years: Cloud, mobility, social media and big data. Microsoft solutions play an important role in solving those challenges, particularly in the Cloud space with Office 365 and its Azure platform. AdvizeX is proud to offer its customers deep expertise in Microsoft technology, from applications integration and data migration to Cloud deployment.
At the end of the day, our investment in the Microsoft relationship is all about keeping our promise with our customers. Our customers look to us for honest advice and expertise, and we in turn look to the technology landscape to find the best answers to their questions. If Microsoft solutions can provide the best answer—and in many cases they can—then we owe it to our customers to become Microsoft experts.
In a real sense, it’s the promise we made to our customers many years ago that makes us such a promising Microsoft solution provider today. ▪
