Creepy Crawly Halloween Canvas


  Halloween can be creepy, crawly and cute when you create a fun spider web Halloween Canvas Art to display!

What you need:

  • (1) can Orange Glitter Blast spray paint
  • (1) can White Dual Paint + Primer spray paint
  • (1) can Krylon Indoor/Outdoor Black spray paint
  • (1) Art Canvas
  • Web Stencil
  • Chipboard Letters
  • Foam Spider
  • (1) can Easy Tack Repositionable Adhesive
  • (1) Black Paint Pen

How and How Long:

  1. Glitter Blast your spiders in the color of your choice, I chose Orange Glitter Blast, let dry.
  2. Using Black Krylon spray paint, mark out the areas you would like for your spider webs, let dry.
  3. Spray one side of your spider web stencil (I used a spider web cut-out purchased from the Dollar Tree) with Easy Tack Repositionable Adhesive.
  4. Place spider web over the black paint and coat the entire canvas with White Dual Paint + Primer, let dry.
  5. Layout the words 'Creepy and Crawly' with your Chipboard Letters and paint with several light coats of the white paint.
  6. Position your letters on canvas using a ruler and glue down.
  7. Draw a straight line onto canvas using a paint pen.
  8. Glue Spider to canvas.
Aproximate project time: 2 hours, including drying time.
