  • (6) Vinyl cut outs or stencils

  • Silver Yarn
  • Painter's Tape
  • Rhinestones and Hot Glue

How and How Long:

  1. Remove handles from pails.
  2. Remove lid from pail.
  3. Apply painter's tape to edge to prevent overspray on metal.
  4. Apply vinyl cutout stickers/stencils (I used my Cricut).
  5. Apply a tine even coat of Diamond Dust Glitter Blast to plastic.
  6. Allow to dry for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove stencil/vinyl cut outs.
  8. Wrap silver yarn around the handle and reassemble the handle and the lid to the pail once the pail is completely dry (approx. 30 minutes).
  9. Add LED lights inside.
  10. (optional) Hot glue Rhinestone gems to the centers of the snowflakes with hot glue.
Approximate project time: 45 minutes to produce 6 lights (includes dry time).

What it Costs:

Cost is $26 for spray paint ans supplies to produce 6 lights.
