Ping Pong Ball Garland

I made this red, white and blue garland made of spray painted ping pong balls!

What you need:

  • (1) can Krylon Dual Cherry Red spary paint
  • (1) can Krylon Dual Regal Blue spary paint
  • (21) ping pong balls per strand
  • White cotton yarn or string
  • Dollmaker's needle

How and How Long:

  1. Stick the ping pong balls on the ends of bamboo skewers to spray paint them with the Krylon Dual.
  2. Stick the skewers into a box to let them dry.
  3. Once dry, use a long, sharp dollmaker's needle to string the ping pong balls onto white yarn (you could use string, too).
  4. Make a knot on either side of the ping pong ball to keep it in place on the string.
Approximate project time: 1 hour, not including drying time.

What it Costs:

Cost is $15 (with lots of supplies left over).
